The way this is how my friends often sees me because I have a naturally bright disposition really pisses me off too. Just because someone is constantly smiling and trying to cheer you up doesn’t mean they have it better than you. I get feeling insecure but it doesn’t give you the right to insult someone who’s just being nice, let alone lash out at them for your issues.
