Idk, I think Diana is probably experiencing a phantom pregnancy. She’s been so desperate to have his child because she believes it’s her salvation. So when she saw the emperor losing interest in her, her body released those hormones and produced those symptoms to put her mind at ease. I do hope she’s pregnant though (since birth control isn’t 100% effective) just for the drama lol.
