So many Manhwas are popular just because of illegal sites like Mangago.....How dare the author even think about this!??!?! Their Manhwa definitely gained popularity because we talked about it everywhere and the people who have money even invested in buying the chapters in the official site to support her and those who don't have money support her by promoting her Manhwa online.....

I think the problem is money and just like moral things, if I know that something I read here is free on webtoon imma go read there bc its free and directly supports the artist even when its less chapters there. if I ever drawn my own manhwa and uploaded it on webtoon i would also want people to read it on webtoon, while I understand why to read it here I also understand why the artist might get angry. its normal

Oh no...Webtoon is fine...it let's you watch adds to gain chapters....I am talking about other official sites that have no other way than to buy with real money....

But like the creators are mostly underpaid so us reading it for free 100% makes them angry cuz we’re not paying money for them to get paid more and they can feel robbed

I want to say that it's their right for artists to disike illegal. But at the same time thinking that the current popular high selling manhwa all of them got international popularity from ilegal reader ... it can be said like promotion.
