...Even though Jesse was a spoiled brat when he was a kid, I believe that the Jesse that we know now will not revert back to how he was before just because he has come out of the Moritat "dream."

I believe that even thought Law had a hard past with a messed up family, he is not a "good" or "better" person than Jesse. A bad family experience really isn't justification to torture/torment someone while they are helpless. My judgement of Law's character will depend on chapters to come.
