People explaining spoilers are confusing

I don’t think this is reincarnation because that doesn’t exactly make sense- this is more along the lines of a Do OVER - like a second chance at the same exact life. I make this statement because if it’s reincarnation- how exactly is he reincarnated into the exact same family with the exact same gun? It’s a Do over story very similar to Again except again involves going back in time 3 years. It’s not reincarnation because it’s more of a Do over situation because the ML basically knows what’s gonna happen before it happens.

IN THE FIRST LIFE.
Also I think people are mistaken the reason why the MC killed himself the first time. The MC is under the impression that the ML send the MC to his brother in law to be raped. After that incident the ML gets mad and rapes the MC and apparently marks him as his omega. It turns out that the MC gets pregnant and it’s not sure whether the child is the ML or the ML’s brother in law. We find out that the incident with the brother in law was a very bad weird coincidence of both of them being at the same place at the wrong time. Regardless apparently the ML kills his brother for touching the MC. So the MC believes that the ML basically offered him up like a peace of meat and he doesn’t know who the father of the baby is and is just so depressed about having an awful life in general he kills himself. It turns out that the baby was actually the MC and the ML.

I could be wrong but this is me reading all the spoilers and trying to make sense of it. So the premise of the story is the ML gets a chance to treat the MC with respect and TLC so the MC doesn’t off himself again in this second chance of the same life.
