Someone had mentioned that Yahwi was made to be an obstacle where despite all things, made a way for Jooin to realize what he doesn't want in his life
to make him realize the difference in whats warm (Cain) vs whats cold (Yahwi). And for us readers to see that characters like yahwi aren't as worthy as some stories make them out to be. (If the endgame is Cain and Jooin)

How things are going it does feel like he's endgame at the moment. All his story is the last to be shown, while Yahwi was first shown possible to get out of the way first since apparently Cain has alot more going with his family in present time (which the author mention will be in the story), not just the past.

Wish there was an edit button, I apologize for a 3rd reply.
There's to much of Cain and Jooin connection being shown, how they ment at the same palace the season they meet. Jooin called Cain a spring rain, they met in spring in present time. Both share the same birthday and in the past that's the day they met. It's way to much connection for Cain not to be endgame

But she made waaaay more stuff of Yahwi. The story from the beginning was with him and she even did a whole redemption arc. Why would she bother making two whole seasons abt him just to make Cain appear half way through and be endgame?
I'm also saying this cause of the author previous work, she usually makes the MC end with the first guy

Yahwi didn't get two whole seasons. He got one (with hints of Cain) and according to the writer, S2 is about Cain and Jooin (with yahwi backstory) . S3 is about all three. S3 gave us alot Jooin thought process more vividly, Cain backstory both present and past and Yahwi small redemption. And YTC is the writers first work. The artist is YTC 2nd work. You can't compare them because it's a different writer
if the endgame was going to be cain x jooin, shouldn't this be like the main story, the reincarnation trope. i mean i'm team cain all the way but anyways, what the heck. was yahwi just an arc.
