Oh, this writing be having me effed up. Their childhood flashbacks are some of the most tragic and heart wrenching scenes I've ever seen. I think my favorite is when Hari's little mind-soldiers float down with flowers to help sooth Moogil's tortured inner child that's sitting on that throne with a mask on. I literally almost burst into tears

Please consider the amount of time and care the author has put into the world building of this universe. The depth of the characters and how their stories intertwine is just amazing. This masterpiece is not about hot sex. It's about trauma, and how the main characters bond and fall in love while dealing with it. The big moment we all want to happen, will happen in the way that's right for this story. But in the meantime, respect the author's tremendous talent and fucking relax. If you're looking for smut, you're in the wrong place.
