Why Do they break up in the novel?

I don't remember, I could be wrong, I think she started struggling a little as her friends ignored her (or she started spending less time with them for some reason) , she was pretty depressed (?) because of her friends , so yeodan thought that it would be better for her if they broke up ┗( T﹏T )┛I FRIKIN HATED HER FRIEND GROUP FOR THAT, JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE GOT TOGETHER DOESN'T MEAN YOU'LL TREAT THEM LIKE THAT

I agree. I genuinely think these types of tropes are just ridiculous. Like 4 men liking the same girl? Let’s be serious for a second.

If that’s true then imma drop this manga. Lol it’s all about friendship in this manga but damn true friends don’t do that sh!t to each other.

I dont think its following the novel all the way because even after the friend group found out that they were dating, yeodan and dani still wanted to be together and later on her friends try talking to her more. I feel that yeodan and dani are going to be end game in the manga

OMG Yes!! , I noticed too, things are going less frustrating than novel (it's been so long I read the novel, my memory is kinda blurry) , I HOPE WHAT YOU SAID TURNS OUT TO BE TRUE!!! but I won't get my hopes too high just in case they still follow the original (because I think there's a lot left and they won't really leave it all out)
