No. He didn't look at his assistant before because he thought his assistant was straight. The assistant broke up w his bf. And you can see the boss can see this. So he just tried to play it smooth. The assistant then went along with it. It wasn't coerced. And in subsequent ch. U can see he tried to keep trying to kick his ex out. It's not two timing if the relationship is officially over.
dunno what to feel with his boss. he only paid interest to him because his assistant have a boyfriend plus they have sex that's why he wants attention from his assistant. tbh I don't find it cute but annoying. no matter how handsome he is.
