Why do I have a feel that Woo-yeon is unaware of his own feelings for Woojin.

I started to think that too. Hopefully the next chapter won't take to long so we can know for sure

It would be quite a twist if not Woojin but Woo-yeon has placebo effect on himself thinking he hates him and liking that sunbae lol.

That would absolutely be crazy haha but the Manhwa itself is crazy anyway so I wouldn't be surprised if that actually happens. I kinda feel sorry for both of them that they experience a situation like that but more for Woojin even if that's an unpopular option. I hope he gets an good end. All he wanted is that his step bro like him but for no real reason he disliked him all the time and didn't even listen to him once ┗( T﹏T )┛
