I agree, he learned his lesson in downplaying Tsubaki's feelings but it doesn't mean that he reciprocates it. Now that I think about it, the plot is actually pretty good, showing how their dynamic is at this time and showing us what really happened and the feelings of the parties involved. And when the time comes where we get the timeskip, at least we know what happened and how their 'past' helped in developing their future. But yeah, updates are suuuppperrr slow and short so it would definitely take too long for the awaited timeskip
I'm sorry to be like the hundredth person to comment 'timeskip' but like, timeskip please? It's cute, I can at least admit it, although creepy in a way but not overly so. I dunno, I just want the younger one to actually grow up to be an adult or something but considering how You doesn't even entertaining any romantic ties with the kid shows that he's not downplaying the boys feelings but at the same time knows that it's absolutely wrong. At least nah boi Yuu has the brains and morality to do so, unlike actual child predators
