Its not so much that it's just a very common troupe in alot of these shoujo stories. Op is probably just tired of that. Also its genuinely frustrating to read sometimes.
Have u even read the manga? She is acting like a victim while her marriage is a winwin situation for both. Who would want to defend her with that weakling attitude
