Her sx abused her kn her first life. Her brother killed her former lover and she lost a child as wellmjn thr second life. To escape her first ex and to keep hee former lover safe she manipulated things so that the MC become her husband. I guess she was comfortable with his cheating because that meant getting away from her ex ans her family in way that would allow her to live her life and be happy and safe once she got her divorce. Problem is that MC got his act together after their marriage and is not cheating anymore, is completely smitten with her and has so far managed to avoid her manipulation of framing him as a cheater after their marriage. So now is a mouse and cat game she is playing with him and his feelings. She is planning a divorce he is falling in love with her. And it seems he has been in love with her for 2 lifetimes now.
