Her grandpa's body is different from the guy in the first chap. It also shows there that he read a letter that makes him tear up while dragonflies fly around him. Which if you read the story you'll noticed how the ML catched a dragonfly for MC to see while she's sick. For her to admire and if I remember I think he also promised that he will bring/live w/ her to a place that have dragonfly she could look at every night.
I like how this story started so chaotic, funny at the same time romantically asylum like couple lol Despite all that I know the girl will die sooner than expected and the man will be left behind on that island. Kinda sad
