Especially since this might be the first time we have protective older sister, instead of the usual overprotective siscon brother. Also we finally have another mother that is alive. I love how they are slowly moving towards loving the Fl instead of instantly loving her. Like this is more realistic when it comes to adopting children. Especially if there are already existing children in the family. No one instantly loves the adopted child unless they’ve known child before adopting them. They care for them yes, but love them instantly nope.

Who knows, she could an illegitimate child of another noble. She was at the orphanage where they train those that are illegitimate children of nobles, to be ready incase they taken back into their noble families. For all we know she could end up being a child of a powerful noble or an evil noble. It’s a common plot twist with most isakei stories with the fl not being bio child of their adopted parent/s.

At least she’s not the Duke’s bio daughter tho. Cause it’s obvious that the only he would do it with another woman if he was drugged or something. I bet he’s one of those husbands that won’t remarry even after his wife passes. He loves his wife and daughter. I mean the whole reason he even adopted Freida was so his daughter doesn’t fall into the hands of the evil queen. He rather sacrifice someone else than his own daughter. Other trash manhwa dads wouldn’t care if the queen was evil or not, they would sacrifice their daughter cause of statues and their bloodline will be on the throne.

I’m guessing the whole evil family in the book weren’t originally evil. It was all to do with the misunderstanding caused by the evil maid. That misunderstanding started the catalyst to the events in the book and the downfall of the family.

Og Freida and Og Isabella relationship in the book was bad because Og Freida believed that the way the maids were treating her (giving her ripped clothes and making her wash up with ice-cold water) was ordered by Isabella. Causing a rift between the two and an antagonistic relationship. Og Katherine loves her daughter, so seeing the antagonist relationship between Og Isabella and Og Freida, obviously she’s going to side with her daughter. She already hated her and was against the adoption, seeing the way she’s acting around her daughte, made her hate her even more. The Og Duke doesn’t care for her, after all she’s just a tool he’s using against the queen. He probably didn’t interact with her cause he saw how is family is with her.

Does anyone get the feeling that Og Freida and Current Freida are the same person. It’s another Athy and Ruby situation. Cause every time she’s around the Ml, who’s defo the second prince, she feels a dark aura around him and she’s always grabbing her side like she’s been injured. I’m guessing that’s where the Og Freida was stabbed by the Og evil half-brother.
