(spoilers) i'm giving you the gist.
dohyeok and siwoo get into a fight. dohyeok pushes siwoo against a wall, siwoo hits his head too hard, starts bleeding and passes out. he is rushed to the hospital - he's fine. dohyeok visits siwoo at the hospital, though only when siwoo isn't awake. dohyeok's grandma has had enough after this incident, and tells him to go abroad and work for his father's company there. dohyeok vists siwoo at the hospital, but siwoo wakes up this time. dohyeok tells siwoo to rest and that he'll take care of the cost for the hospital visit and all that. he also tells siwoo he's going to go abroad, and then asks siwoo to give him another chance since they won't meet for a while once he's gone. siwoo tells dohyeok that if he wants to be with someone, he needs to change his personality for the better. dohyeok tells siwoo that he'd change anything about himself as long as siwoo is by his side, then gets on top of siwoo, presumably for some hospital sex.
