Very true. And people be acting like this is the first yaoi with r*pe scenes. There's worse and I think the reason is because this is the first time it happens in the story. It sucks but it wasn't intentional because Matthew was under the influence. It's a story that is dark because it has mafias, people! It's not a bad story! But let's just hope that is the only time that happens.
I think the author learned because Champagne and Roses for ALOT of hate for it because the what the seme did was absolutely horrible and disgusting, I even was queezy because it went TOO far! This is nothing compared to that story and it was their first time because it's like your almost average yaoi scene.
Even for beautiful art ones like Night Song and PotN... Forced is never cool but it happens. The author seems to like consent all the way up until the middle of the story to add something like a non consentual scene. And at least for this story Matthew feels SO bad afterwards. He feels like he doesn't deserve Jin's forgiveness, he's not a horrible person... He's just broken and was under the influence.

Matthew is literally the most tanes seme of all time in these type of mafia yaoi. Idk why PPL hate so much when they're here everytime to consume the said content on their own will.

I think the way you worded this is very true. Matthew is a very tame seme. He's not malicious and unlike other semes, Matthew realizes he fucked up, felt remorse and said sorry; honestly, loving Jin. Other semes don't give a shit.
I haven't read much mafia content but the few that I've seen is crazy. They tie up and kidnap the victim before abusing them, sometimes even beating them... Oh but later the victim falls in love with the abuser.
Unlike Jin, he already loves Matthew, and simply doesn't want him to be in danger.
