as readers, i think we are allowed to have opinion on how a story is regardless if the opinion is abt how shitty it is or how good it is
Everyone is allowed to have an opinion but there’s absolutely no reason to be rude about it (not saying you’re being rude, I’ve just seen a lot of unnecessarily mean comments)
Ikr, it's toxic to just speak ill about a story without any sympathy. There are many gentle introvert asian girls. This girl thinks about others, being obedient and loyal to her family is just a pretty common asian trait. After that, she tried to get away from those chains, taking revenge and be cautious as the same time. Some western readers are like "you have to do it like THIS or else this is a stupid story. I can't understand the character blah blah". Yeah I hope they all just go on choose their "girlboss" and read about so-called "woman rights". I'm fine with girlboss thing, I just don't like the toxic readers thinking they can break anything they want and trashing other types of girls.

Then you're a toxic asian. I read comments from my country and they have no complains. Just enjoying their time and no one jumps in and ruin the mood. It's an unspoken rule. If you're truly lives in the east part of asia you must know that. Unless you're that toxic part.

Yeah I'm not saying like all asians are cool, but recently there are people from the west made a lot of bad impressions on us in the manga reading culture. Regardless of where you are from, it's a bad behavior because it spreads negativity towards others. You might be actually insecure about yourself because I have never directed at you from the first place. You just had to pop up at my opinion lol. I didn't know how could the toxic part have bad influence on asian readers too? I mean if you like strong fl then a normal person would do is enjoy the stories that have strong fl, not trash talking and other characters who has done nothing bad. The characters in this story are pretty normal and the MC is very relatable. She's cute and mature. I can obviously see why the male character loves her. The story plot is not good nor bad. But it has its own charm and a bit different from reincarnation plots. I think it doesn't deserve the hate and rudeness from people that much. I wish it's a friendly environment where everyone just chill and be happy with their reading time, and discuss about bad and good points of the plot. And I also hope you're not here because you're seeking confirmation about your own taste, and that everyone should be hating these characters to make you feel happy.
when u are talking to ppl in gen abt how westerner this westerner that, i think u should be aware that everyone can carry opinion bad or good, idc if u think its good, u were the one who critisised us, who think its bad, u are the one who wants confirmation for your own taste, being rude and critisizing smth is different, if they had said""bro this author doesnt know how to draww why is she even here"" thats being rude because the author could be a beginer, but when the story is shit and the mc isnt likable at all we are just potraying our opinion on how this story is bad, idk how u define a strong female lead, but just because someone doesnt like the fl , doesnt mean we dont like strong fl, its just her personality is bland, plus comment section are meant for opinions, good or bad, if u want your ""chill"" reading then dont check the comments?
Well she's pretty likable in my opinion, and acceptable in asian moral standards. At least she doesn't throw a tantrum whenever she likes hehe ^^
