Not necesseraly I think she is cute as she is right now as it might be her style. If the character itself wants to dress more feminine, I would love it! But if it's her personal choice not to do it, I will still like it a lot. There can be romance between a girl and a guy when the girl is not feminine. Yes, I would like to see it, but not if it's forced in a context that the mls will only like her (or finally pay attention to her) because of that, since she's always been cute and the clothes she wears is probably her style
