Leoni wanting to avoid the child version of her indifferent, awkward 3rd ex husband is completely normal and valid. She doesn't owe him shit, child or not. She doesn't owe a random child affection, help, or friendship. Her helping him during the trial was more than enough tbh. Ya'll absolutely MUST unpack why yall feel like males who beg for attention automatically deserve it. He's a child, so his guardians owe him all the love and attention. Meanwhile, I've seen ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKE toward the uncaring emperor who essentially left him for dead. Leoni doesn't owe the 8th prince a damn thing.
