I'm thinking the human dies before they can actually get together due to some spoilers, but you should probably skip the next two chapters (I think?) if you're sensitive to a god jumping an older human's bones...

I hope he marries someone else disgusted by the thought of him with his son, reminds me of the stepparents getting with their non related child they raised, just so you know it is prohibited by the french law and there's a reason for it child are impressionable like you be the better person, the grown person
PS: I only speak for his past life, not the same in with the current one as he's a grown man who did fall in love with the child he raised, but fell for a man he got to know
