1. They died due to old age, although Sasha did die first then after the funeral Karel shot himself. They lived a happy life
2. Idk if they will illustrate it, they have a epilogue about their reincarnation. Carell an entertainment company president and Sasha a young ballet scholar.
3. That wasn't greatly emphasized in the novel, it was only written in 1 paragraph so idk if they will illustrate that
