I think its either the Harris guy or someone he hired. I'm leaning towards the first possibility though. He had debts and couldn't even afford rent then thos new business also flopped and now Fred who he could get money from is also dead.
Even I can't help but simp for Mildred, its cute how happy he is when Mil talked about getting married to him ( ω ) and I wonder who that scammer is!
