There was a filler, some kids kept calling zoro green head and zoro corrected those kids by saying "it's not green head but moss head or marimo, midori ja nai marimo dha". Sanji is the one who gave Zoro the nickname marimo & he secretly likes it.

Sanji & Zoro doesn't hate each other, yes they bicker all the time but it's about reading in-between the lines. Even if Sanji hated Zoro he helped zoro & carried him in his arms. Nursed him in Wano, Kaido vs luffy arc.

Zoro calls Sanji "pretty boy" in every single arc. Zoro thinks sanji is "pretty"?? Like hello?? Zoro doesn't give any attention to women too but he give his full attention to Sanji.

Every stawhat cares for zoro & is concerned about him getting lost but Sanji is the one is really worried about him. He always say "don't get lost" "where are you going" you don't do this even if you hate someone.

When Kuma ambushed the strawhat & Zoro was targeted sanji stepped in even though he could barely stand. Kuma was about to kill zoro & Sanji stepped in offered his life???

I can go on and on there are lots of sweet moments between them
