Bones...I feel like his inferiority complex would make him want to dominate Ellie if he actually did want him, but I'm not sure that he actually did...maybe Ellie was Bones' daughter's (forget her name) art

First Bones was paired with Pain and I was like "Oh... ok... I can ship that." Then Bones got fucked and I was just NOT expecting that haha. But I'm confused about the end, was it Humpty Dumpty, Pain, or Bones that wanted Ellie but couldn't have him???
