i agree i loved the dad and jeanette. Idk why people bitch about Claude like they do realize before meeting the mother he was heartless, he then opened up to her only for her to die because of some child being born. For him to only love one person (the mother) and have her die literally broke his heart so much he cursed himself. He then grew and learned to love the daughter. I think hes a great father to be honest, if i was in his shoes and had my lover just die like that i dont think i would be able to ever recover.

i could never bring myself to dislike her bc all she really wanted was a family, and the way she showed her love for athanasia was absolutely adorable
also I’ve seen ppl bitching about how Claude is one of the worse manhwa fathers, but no one can deny the development he had throughout the story, and his relationship w athanasia is so heartwarming in the end
