No need to worry. The ending is the same in both time lines. The only real difference is that Kaelrus lives and, ultimately, our female lead true goal is to save her favorite. Yes it looks like she messing with the crown princess, by doing things here and there. But she is more than happy to not associate with the princess and spent time with her favorite. Our best girl doesn't even need to do anything as the princess will cause trouble on her own. And even our girl has to do some damage control... Lol.
He will divorce her since she don't have any purpose at all, no powers, won't obliged of making heirs so yeah! The prince will marry another woman and will fall in love with her and they will have a baby. Diana will be kicked out.
Diana wasn’t kicked out, actually. She stayed in the imperial palace, and watched everyone get their happy ending, Hestia and Kael’s love blossoming especially after their pregnant news, Diana even saw Hestia’s belly, she had to watch the man she thought who’d love her forever, hold his newborn baby with another woman in front of her face, and she even witnessed Helios marrying another woman more competent and wise unlike her, which was like a smack to her face. Diana stayed in the imperial palace until the emperor died, bc he genuinely cared for her. Once the emperor passed away, and it was also announced that Helios’s wife was pregnant, she left with no happy ending. I think that was a very fitting ending for someone like Diana lol she was there to witness everyone being happy while she watches on the side feeling bitter about why she didn’t get anything in return.
Helios will divorce her because Diana didnt want to give Helios a child. this iwas the time Hestia got pregnant with Kaelus' child already. it was Diana who asked for the Divorce.

oh wow i didn’t know she ended up staying in the palace i read somewhere that after she divorces the crown prince she goes back to the temple, i like this ending better she deserves to be miserable after being so dumb
yes there is two versions of this novel, the 16 version and the r18 version.
In the novel i read had Diana divorcing Helios and returning to the Temple. the 2nd wife Helios marries is not as pretty as Diana but she is a more competent crown princess. Helios is happy with his new wife and the child they had. Diana got the bad ending since she never apologized to Caelus. It was helios who did and that completed Hestia's plot for revenge against Helios.
Caelus and Helios kind of fixed their friendship but its not the kind of friendship that they had when they were kids as Caelus is keeping himself a bit distant from Helios. He is there to give advise but aside from that he stays away from helios. all in all Caelus got the happy ending he deserved with Hestia wanting to stay with Caelus and start a family with him.
