Avoid these chapters: 32, 43, 74, 75, 94, 120, 122 and 146, and you'll be probably fine.
yes it does have a lot of rape. listen to the comment above and skip the chapters that do include rape and other than that you'll like the plot it is very interesting if you're interested in egyptian mythology
Add chapter 44 to the list, too (that one definitely belongs on the list!).
