True. Everything is confusing and MC is not as smart in Season 2, idk. Maybe Author got bored writing this and just goes on with whatever the Season 1 plot was?

I feel like overall the author is kinda ruining a story that had good potential…. I really loved this one. Now that’ I’ve read the last few chapters and the spoilers I think I’m just gonna drop it. So disappointed.
