Toddlers are really tall. Idk if it's a nowadays thing or what but my three year old niece is about that tall too although not as eloquent as Hwanhee
She's quite a realistic kid, when I saw her at the beginning of the episode she look like one of the dwarf from snow white xD.

I’m not sure, maybe her family just tall because I worked at a daycare and 3 years old aren’t typically that tall and that advance. Then again this baby was speaking full sentences at 6 months.
