i just randomly thought about it .. im pretty sure it was an omegaverse manga, where the seme was part of the yakuza ?? and they took in the uke ╥﹏╥ i remember right at the end the uke also became a member, and he was wearing a black suit in a minka ! in that scene, some other person was talking about how he slept his way to the top or something .. the uke may have had a kid but im not sure.
