What happened to Reiju? And did it have something to do with Pudding?

The thing is: even if Pudding was bad... (which is 99% improbable)... she has no reason to attack Reiju (that would be a stupid movement). The only possiblility I see is taht Capone attacked her to blqme Big Mom so she would fight the Vinsmoke...but that also doesn't seem like the best estrategy....
