Is it a real redemption, or like a half assed one? He seems like he could get away with a half assed one with the amount of gaslighting he's doing and everyone around him would believe he's changed.

I see a lot of people being disgusted by this chapter, sadly there's even more coming. in the novel you can tell how sex scenes between mc and ml are rape, no preparation and basically mc just getting hurt by ml, even tho redemption arc its not far away take this as a warning
