The girl that's shown on the TV at ch62 should be Yeonsu, which is the girl who he acted with in the man of August aka young vers of the main actors and got the best couple award and the girl who he met at his highschool (she transferred there ch51) and the girl who he hugs at the award ceremony at ch60.
The other girl that he's met is the one who had a crush on him and idk her name but she's the one he co-acted with on the youth program where he became the nation's "first love"
