Meh. Just ignore those people. More so if they need to announce to the world that they're dropping purely because of romance. Nothing beneficial will come out of interacting or questioning them.

Why are people overreacting with the romance? I really don’t understand how the “romance” is bad. I like all the female characters so far and the girl blushing is not annoying but cute. The mc obviously used her to get something from her.
If you drop this because of the “romance” you are weird because nothing romantic happened so far
