Yes, this new Cheongryeo guy, he's basically a regressor, i.e. when he dies, he returns to the beginning. This is why he's so successful- he relived the same events over and over again, so he knows what songs become popular and what to do to quickly become famous. He thinks Moondae can regress too, and if they die together, they can go to the beginning, form an idol group and become even more famous. Basically double suicide minus the romantic part, lol (but shippers will disagree).
