Why is there only r15 versions?

Click show more chapters and you will find the mature version (currently 15 ch). Or you can find it on B.a.t.o.t.o. (currently 16 ch). I am re-reading this because the r15 version is, in my opinion, lacking something, and I'm not talking about spicy scenes.
