Yes yes it is considered that gals and guys who tans themselves in japan are considered (slutty) (people who have many sexual partners)
it's kinda off topic but most of the manga i have read where uke was a tan skinned person,most of them were very lewd ,like is it me or does the most mangaka thinks that tan skin person's are pervert
