I thought this kind of strong female lead was what I wanted, but the relationship with the male lead felt a little unbalanced. They just didn't really feel like equals. He was too much of a cinnamon roll for my taste. The story was fun to read though. My favorite thing about this whole story are the faces she makes! The biggest thing I felt was skipped was how she got into the world. She was so accepting of her fate when she was introduced.
