I have to interpretations... just guessing, haven't read the novel myself:
1. It's a dream and is prophesying Navier getting ice-related magic.
2. It's a dream and is prophesying Navier being pregnant and her child having ice-related magic...
I can't think of any other option hahaha
She has powers? She's pregnant?

The spoiler I read was that because of the bed (or because of her pregnancy) she became an ice mage. I'm not so sure about the pregnancy but I think it happens a bit later, maybe in a few chapters or so
I don’t know if they will show this in the next episode but, in case they don’t. While Navier was caressing his hair and reflecting about a bunch of things, she started to feel a strange sensation in her fingers that spread to her hands and it rapidly intensified. And then, Henley had that reaction.
From this tiny detail it’s easy to guess what happened.
