Tbh, I think it was p clear, since Hallelujah was what they went with, so clearly that wasnt "jarring to give to the human" like I said the author would feel in case it was an actual angel name

Even simpler paraphrasing: "if it was an angel name like GABRIEL or MICHAEL, the author might feel weird since there are ANGELS EXISTING CANONICALLY in this universe. BECAUSE THE MAIN CHARACTER IS ANGEL-LIKE, BUT ANGEL NAMES MIGHT BE NO-GO, hallelujah was the BEST THEY COULD COME UP WITH as a FOIL TO LUCIF.

Why would I say (paraphrasing) "angel's names might be jarring to the author to give to mc since there are angels (thus, avoiding the names)" when talking about the name hallelujah if the author didnt avoid using hallelujah?

I do reread and I have patience to explain, so let's go.

1. I said the author chose hallelujah as to not work with angel names, but still give mc a "close to god" feel in name
2. Reason because author could feel jarring (in other words, weird) giving mc a name like gabriel because angels exist in this universe
3. Specially because mc is the opposite of lucif in terms of decency

I fail to comprehend why it is so difficult to understand or even worse, why, in your words, I'd be saying hallelujah is an angel name when I explicitely said an angel name would not be chosen by the author to give to mc
