I agree I think Tooru was a bit shameless and didn’t repent enough… he was very quick to start coping(Raising Katsuya) and suddenly stopped grieving???

Hit and run is a crime, not reporting a crime is a crime…sooo… sorry but Kuroda and Tooru have some punishment due.. somebody’s life was lost and Katsuya life happened the way it is (orphanage and all) because of the accident…
