He has a stepmom and a stepbrother right? The stepmom got pregnant with momo but was too mentally unstable grieving after his deceased first kid to take care of momo. Momo became nonverbal because of the trauma and later adopted by ML. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Momo is the son of ML and ML’s step brother. ML’s sperm was extracted through electrocution and then used for fertilization, so they didn’t do anything sexual, but still fucked regardless.
Also MC’s first child really is dead. They had type AB blood, which is a death sentence in this world (A and O type are completely immune to the virus, B type 90% immune, AB not at all immune). Momo is A type btw. Their second child is O type.

The novel explained quite a bit of missing information, so I would highly recommend it. For the best understanding, I think you should read chapter 1 for the worldbuilding of all the virus and stuff. and the end of the webcomic is chapter 63, so you can start reading from chapter 64 to the end.
