i think it's more so out of place at this moment, rather it be after the main story or inserted more throughout the story
Exactlyyy. I think the side story is giving us So Much Context about the origin of the curse as well as the motives of the First King and Queen.
The passed down story of the curse painted the King as a bad guy who manipulated the Queen but that's not entirely true. Without this side story, the first king will remain a villain, when the truth is much more complex. I LOVE IT!
Idk why people here all mad about the side story-? Whats wrong with going into depth, plus i quite like this damn plots.. I can't wait for the end now.
