Esper: Human beings with supernatural powers. If they use their power to much, they go in to a rampage, wichw can cause death for the people around them and themself.
Guides: Has the power to soothe Esper. To prevent an Esper to go in a Rampage, the guide can drain the build up negativ energie
Both are divided into classes based on their power level. The strongest Class is S.
