We don't know how exactly Yorishiros work, but they were the supernatural's most precious thing from the time they were alive.

So either the remains of that thing become a Yorishiro (The thing that possessed Tsukasas Body) or how you last remembered it.

Amane has Trauma attached to the memory of Tsukasa so maybe he's both. But as we saw in the red house, if that was the real Tsukasa there his ghost wouldn't be in the Tsukasa we know, because it's still stuck.
