Many omegaverse mangas start off by showing the rules and explanation at the beginning to show whats the difference with this omegaverse manga.

Ans/= Depends on the author, they can create their own world, for example, some authors allow betas to turn into omegas if they are exposed to a big amount alpha pheromones meanwhile others don't allow this to happen, so it is possible for alphas to get pregnant if the author wants to.
Japan= everyone can get pregnant
Koren/Chinese=alphas and beta men can't get pregnant
That's so true lol, in Korean sometimes they even turn betas into omegas so they can get them pregnant ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Ok reading omegaverse over the years, I saw that Alphas don't give birth, even female Alphas don't. They just only impregnate the partner (female and male omegas, and female betas). So this don't make any sense!!
