Looking for manhwa

There is a manhwa that I read long time ago, I forgot the tittle, it's about esper and guide.
The esper is an S Class, he can receive guide from other, because the guiding process is so hurtfull for him, he was awakened from early age, so after a mission he usually goes berserk or locked in the basement.
The guide is just average guide for other, but for the esper his guiding is not hurtfull, so he became a bit obsessed with the guide?
I think the esper has red eyes and black hair?
