It's like a Japanese manga. It's about this guy who goes around punishing PPL who do like bad things...like pretty intensely like he killed all of the bad PPL and like I think he ripped some guys guts for raping and hanged someone over a river....I don't remember this part.
I think the cover was in black and white but there were splaces of blue.
