You're awesome. I have no idea actually.
I got here (well, not here here but) bcz someone from T*pas recommended this title.
And I really got into the dragon world building. But then it shifted into modern day reality and I'm like, nope.
Not sure I'll pick this up again. Assuming further episodes comes out and a translator picks it up again.
But her works are so cool.
The art and feelings....
There is a sequel/prequel of this which seems to take place in WWII? It's only a couple chapters but it explains things.

Prequel is what I assume. It was published first but there hasn't been clarification about whether the events of Close Your Eyes happened before or after Luft's fall into Leo's world or even if it's the same timeline. As it was published first, it doesn't get as in depth into the dragon world building as Code: Leviathan. But it's still a great little oneshot.
If you like the vibe of this one, you might also enjoy Kotobuki Tarako's work. I really love Concrete Garden. Short stories but very interesting concepts. First one is about angels. Second is about dimension-hopping and alternate timelines.

Sex Pistols also has some interesting beastmen society stuff. The story seems to have become very muddled now though. Feels like the author has lost sight of where they were going with the story.

Guess imma die without knowing where this story goes. (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
